AmsterMUN is a Model United Nations conference organised by SIB-Amsterdam. This app is provided for delegates, chairs and staff attending AmsterMUN 2026, taking place 20–22 November 2026 in Amsterdam.
We collect the following information you provide voluntarily: your name, your committee selection, your country or character name, and any content you post to the Meme Pad. Logistics requests including committee, country, room and request type are also stored. We do not collect your email address or any other identifying personal information.
Your name, committee and country are stored locally on your device to personalise your experience. Meme Pad posts and logistics requests are stored on our secure database and are visible to other app users and AmsterMUN staff respectively.
Data is stored using Supabase, a secure cloud database provider. Your device preferences are stored locally and are never transmitted to our servers unless you choose to submit a logistics request or post a meme.
Any images or captions you post to the Meme Pad are visible to all app users. You can delete your own posts at any time. AmsterMUN staff may also remove posts that violate our Code of Conduct.
You can delete your Meme Pad posts at any time. You can reset your preferences in Settings. All conference data is deleted within 30 days after the conference ends.
